Our first guest is Marko Muellner from Edelman Digital. As a public relations firm, Edelman recognizes the importance of understanding the relationship between technological trends and the constantly changing retail industry. Muellner worked at Adidas, Webtrends, and ShopIgniter, Inc., before taking the position of Digital Vice President Group Director at Edelman. Given his vast experience in the retail sector, we asked for his opinion on the future of retail technology, the role of brick and mortar and data collection.
