How do I reset my password?

If you are a mobile app user, on the main sign in screen, you will see a link that reads “Forgot Password” and you simply need to click there to start the process. You will be emailed a link where you can easily reset your password.

Why can't I see any locations or missions?

If you are having issues seeing Missions or locations nearby, reach out to the person that manages GoSpotCheck for your company. They will be able to tell you if you have been assigned any Missions.

Why doesn't the app recognize my email address?

This means that you have not been invited to participate in GoSpotCheck by your company or you are using an email address that is different than the one specified by your company. Please confirm that you have been invited to join by your company.

Does GoSpotCheck support my device?

GoSpotCheck supports iOS and Android devices. For iOS, you must be on 7.0 or higher and for Android, you must be on 4.0 and up.
